- What payments do you accept?
- We accept Afterpay, Credit Cards (Visa / Mastercard)
- What are my shipping options?
- We ship out all orders via Overnight Shipping with NZ POST for $10 NZD which delivers to your door in 1-2 business days.
- When do I get my order?
- Your order will be processed within 1-2 business day to be ready for pick-up and 2 business days for delivery.
- Can I change my order?
- Yes, before you complete and pay for an order, you can review your cart and make changes.
- But, if you have completed a purchase and received and order confirmation, we begin to process the order in our system and once the package has left our hands, there is no possibility to change your order. The cost of the returning freight is your responsibility.
- However, if you have made contact with us before your order hasn’t left our shop, we can make changes before dispatching your order, we do recommend contacting us as soon as possible at fashionrubyy@gmail.com or Call us at +64 21 028 63238.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE, non refundable.
- How do I cancel my order?
- Please contact Fashion Ruby NZ immediately if you wish to cancel your order on fashionrubyy@gmail.com If we are unable to assist in cancelling your order immediately, usually because it has already been packed or shipped.
- I have not received my order. What do I do?
- Contact Fashion Ruby NZ at fashionrubyy@gmail.com and send us your order number and we will assist you. We will do everything we can to locate your order as soon as possible.
- Where are you located?
- We are an online based shop in Auckland New Zealand. We do not have a shop front at this time. We offer click & collect service for online pick-up orders to be collected from Manukau area, Full address will be given in your confirmation email.
- What is the return policy?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Full refund or Exchange can be accepted for all full price items
- All return items must be in its original packaging with all tags and no marks and Odor.
- Return items must not be worn and must be in new condition
- We can only accept return if you have contacted us within 7 days from date of purchase.
